World Down Syndrome Day brings everyone together in celebration of the Down syndrome community through events and advocacy. The National Down Syndrome Society (NDSS) is doing it’s virtual racing event called Racing for 3.21. The virtual race is where you can do anything you choose to do. You can run for three miles, do squats for two minutes and do a plank for one minute or move in any way shape or form to celebrate World Down Syndrome Day 2019. This helps to raise awareness for the Down syndrome community. Take it any time, any pace, any place. This promotes our health, wellness and passion.

We appreciate the support and funds that support all individuals with Down syndrome. We celebrate all of the efforts and support that you give us. You can register as an individual, create a team or fundraise by starting a page and letting friends and family know so that they can support you. You can register as a team, or you can join a team that already exists or start your own. If you don’t want to partake in the fun, that’s okay, you can also fundraise by creating a fundraising page and let the good times roll. It’s up to you on how you structure your Racing for 3.21 race. Do it in a group or by yourself, share your racing fun and use our hashtags like #WDSD, #Racingfor321 and #TeamNDSS! Make sure you share on your social media pages. Let’s go out and have some fun.
