Our CEO commission is working to tackle all of these issues, with an ultimate vision to:
- Eliminate the barriers to equal employment (via advocacy, awareness and recruitment of like-minded companies and organization to increase capacity and influence)
- Collaborate to address disability unemployment and underemployment
- Establish and share best practices in integration of diverse hiring
- Identify new partnerships to source candidates
- Develop innovative problem-solving strategies that meet the demands of the 21st century economy
