About NDSS Your Way

Compete: Team NDSS

Team NDSS is reserved for individuals planning to take part in a marathon, triathlon or other individual pursuit that is in connection with a pre-scheduled endurance event.  At this time, NDSS cannot guarantee entrance into any specific endurance events, but we have been highly successful in contacting race offices to receive spots that have been reserved for fundraisers.

NDSS does not have a minimum fundraising requirement.* We encourage you to set your own realistic goal and we can help you create an outreach plan, so that your goal is attainable and meaningful.

Examples of Team NDSS events are: a race of any distance, triathlon or other multi-sport event.

You are not required to wear NDSS gear when participating in a Team NDSS event. But, if you are looking to purchase a running shirt or singlet for your event, we recommend the company Running Banana. You are welcome to work with a local vendor if you prefer, but we find that Running Banana provides our athletes with the exact quality they want, and the NDSS logo is already on file there. When designing a shirt, the NDSS logo should always appear prominently on the front. Any design of your choice can be on the back—Running Banana offers stock images on their website or you can upload your own artwork. It is recommended that you order your shirt at least 3 weeks in advance of your event.
