Many years ago my Uncle James was born and diagnosed with Down syndrome. I have many favorite relatives. Even though he has passed, he is still my favorite relative. There are three reasons why. My first reason is he taught me how to give. He wanted to repay me for teaching him golf. He was also there for me whenever I needed some one to talk to. This has taught me to give my time to others that I care about. My second reason is that he was very special. He was special because he had Down syndrome. He was my hero and mentor. He also joined a baseball team even though he was disabled. Lastly, he was the greatest cousin in the world. He was the greatest because he would never say anything bad about anybody or anything. He was the glue that kept us together. He also was the bravest out of all of us. Now you may understand why my Uncle James is my special Uncle and nobody can ever take that away from me. He was very giving. He was special. Lastly, he was the greatest cousin. God Bless Uncle James!
