Seth Thomas

My uncle Seth Thomas has Down syndrome, he is age 43 and still rocking that extra chromosome! When I was around 10 years old we were riding in the back of the car on the way home from church. Suddenly Seth started giggling to himself. I asked him why he was giggling and he explained, there was a truck with plumber pipe on the back of it, he pointed to the truck, and then to my grandmother. He was saying she was as skinny as the pipes. We both were silently giggling the whole car ride home and he continued to make jokes about the rest of my family. Seth's mom recently passed away and a few hours before she passed, a family walked into her hospital room. Around an hour later they walked back out without a word. We all walked into her room and asked what happened. She said "I just gave Seth Thomas to a family." Seth now lives with this family who loves him just for him. I got to see him a few weeks ago and he’s better than ever! I love you Seth!
