I was 15 weeks pregnant when we found out that our baby girl had Down syndrome. At first it seemed surreal, but in the end it was not as bad as the doctors made it out to be. It is a different experience from our daughter, but in the end she gives us all the love that a new baby gives any parent. We are blessed to have her with us - she is our STAR.
