My Son
My Son

When I was 20 years old I had a baby boy who has Down syndrome. He has changed my life for the better in so many ways. He has taught me how not to worry so much over the small things and that sometimes you just have to enjoy life. Life is so different when I look through his eyes at the world. He has brought me tears and laughter and all the in-betweens. My son is now 22 years old and is still the one I turn to when I need cheering up or just to have a good laugh. I wouldn't change him for the world. Yes, we have had a lot of ups and downs but in the end he was the one always standing with a big smile on his face.
