My Amazing Son
My Amazing Son

On July 14th, 2003 I gave birth to my son, Landon. At the time I was only 16, so I guess you can imagine what a shocker it was for me to find out that he had Down syndrome. I dealt with it because I loved him from the time I found out that I was pregnant. He has been through a lot in his short six years of life. When he was just six months old he underwent heart surgery and pulled through it with flying colors. Today he is a happy and healthy boy who does well in school and has many friends.
