When I first met Logan, was on August 31, 2010. He was my third child and the most special lil boy. The first time I saw him I knew he was special. Then I was told he has Down syndrome. I was in shock. Why is it called Down syndrome? Just because he has an extra chromosome what does that matter. He is still my child and he is my special lil slice of heaven. Logan is the best lil boy I have ever met. He always has a smile on his face. I have wondered why its called Down syndrome and not up syndrome? There is nothing down about it! Every person that I have met is always happy and always has a smile on their face. Logan has already brought light to so many people who don't know about Down syndrome. He has educated so many of our family members and our family is the support group. Everything that has to do with Down syndrome we are doing to educate more people about it. Logan has Down syndrome and he is my extra special "lil slice of HEAVEN".
