The fear of the unknown is not so perplexing when you finally come to understand it. It sometimes becomes your challenging experience to tell the world about your life. As the very fortunate mother of fraternal 8 year old twin boys, our lives and those around us have been a gigantic learning experience for all. My youngest boy by 1 minute has Down syndrome. My life & the life of his "older" twin brother have been enriched in ways unexplainable. So kudos to the individuals and families that have been touched by a human with Down syndrome! Because I could never in my lifetime imagine not being part of this...sometimes ever so challenging journey of joyful. :)
