Amazing Ariyah

On February 16, 2009 at about 5pm my precious amazing Ariyah Lynne was born. From day one shes has been an inspiration to everybody she comes across. We call her our hero! She's kicked butt and proved everyone's doubt wrong. She was born with Trisomy 21 and also an heart defect (AV Canal). She's an amazing person to be around. At just three years old she can turn someone with a horrible bad mood into the happiest person on earth. I never really knew much about Down syndrome until Ariyah was born as I was only 15 years old but now I wouldnt want my life another way then to be surrounded by people with Down syndrome! Ariyah has carried around the word amazing because that's what she is. We knew anything you can do, she can do better, and that's what she has done. She is now enrolled in pre-k in a blended threes class and ever since has done nothing but strive to perfection. I'm so proud of my baby girl and excited to see the what the future brings her. :)
