Jack Teaches the Speech Therapists

Hi, my name is Jack. I am 13 years old. Recently, I taught a class at Columbia University’s Teachers College. I really liked being the teacher. This was a class of people learning to be speech therapists. I know a lot of speech therapy. I have gone to speech therapy for 13 years. I have three speech therapists. It was my turn to teach them. I did a PowerPoint presentation and answered questions. It was fun.

Operation House Call of The Arc of Massachusetts (see programs at: www.arcmass.org) teaches doctors about intellectual and developmental disabilities using families as educators and hosts. The Operation House Call class uses Co-teachers, to do the kind of work Jack did. It is a rare learning experience for health care students, and they are extremely enthusiastic. Fantastic work Jack!!! You taught many things in your work.
