The National Down Syndrome Society (NDSS) is proud to have been the recipient of a $34,951 donation from Ace Cash Express during the company’s Give a Little Campaign. The donation from Ace Cash Express will help NDSS to continue our mission of being the national advocate for the value, acceptance and inclusion of people with Down syndrome.
“The National Down Syndrome Society is so thankful to be included in ACE’s Give a Little Campaign,” said Jon Colman, NDSS president. “We have really enjoyed partnering with ACE to make a difference in the community.”
The more than $358,000 raised during the in-store Give a Little Campaign will benefit a number of charities. Along with NDSS, the American Red Cross, Boys and Girls Clubs, Back on My Feet, Big Brothers and Big Sisters, Adoptaclassroom.org and the Stars Scholarship Fund were all honored.
“The National Down Syndrome Society is an organization that I am very passionate about,” said RVP Chris Brooks. “I can’t thank our customers and associates enough for their generosity and hard work during this fundraiser.”
Since 2004, the ACE Community Fund has donated more than $8.5 million to charitable organizations throughout the nation and focuses on organizations that help children, support education and promote financial literacy in the communities where ACE has stores.
